ADMISSION
OVERVIEW -
The college is affiliated to the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences Nashik (MUHS).
DMER Maharashtra does the admission on the merit basis depending on the marks obtained by them in the MH-B.Sc. Nursing – CET Exam conducted by State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State.
NUMBER OF SEATS - 40
ELIGIBILITY
1) HSC Examination (10 + 2) (Science faculty) or equivalent with English, Physics, Biology (Botany & Zoology) Subject with 45% marks for open category and 40 % marks for reserve category is essential.
2) Common Entrance Test i.e., MH-B.Sc. Nursing – CET is compulsory.
a) A candidate belonging to OPEN Category & EWS Category must secure not less than 50 percentile marks in MH-B.Sc Nursing- CET.
b) A candidate belonging to constitutional reservation and constitutional reservation with Person with disability claim must secure no less than 40 percentile marks in MH-B.Sc. Nursing- CET.

3) The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought. The maximum age limit for admission shall be 35 years.
4) Candidate shall be medically fit.

PROGRAMME OUTCOME
A student upon successfully qualifying in the Bachelor’s degree in nursing should be able to: -
- Assume responsibilities as professional, competent nurses and midwives in providing promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative services.
- Make decision in nursing situations.
- Protect the right and facilitate individual and groups in pursuit of health.
- Function in the hospital, community nursing services and conduct research studies in the area of nursing practice.
- Assume the role of teacher, supervisor and manager in clinical/public health settings.
- Participate in the change process to improve system-based practice in the provision of safe, quality nursing care.
